TELEMARKETER/ APPOINTMENT SETTER NEEDED!

**FULL TIME POSITION WITH COMMISSION OPPORTUNITIES**

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Telemarketing Team. The ideal candidate would meet the following expectations:

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• MUST HAVE PROCIFICENTCY IN COMPUTER SKILLS!

- Strong communication skills with clients, fellow office staff, and the department

• Confident on the phone with clients

• Organized with Great Time Management Skills

• Team Player in an office setting and a Great team Attitude!

• Relentless DRIVE to learn and achieve.

• Maintains office etiquette at all times.

• Team Orientated & Coachable!

• Skilled in navigating negotiation and dealing with client complaints.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English

- some relative experience is required for entry level (receptionist, cold calling, phone sales,

• MUST have 30+ wpm typing speed, comfortable on talking on a desk phone while typing

• Arrive on-time to work Sunday-Thursday, prepared to work.

• A Minimum of 1-3 Years of Proven experience working with computers, CRMs are a plus!

• HS Diploma or higher education preferred

• Must be apt to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment

• Must be motivated and positive with a great attitude, while maintaining professionalism.

• Must be punctual and maintain exceptional attendance: No absences for the first 30 days!

Starting pays $18-$20/hr. (rate will be discussed upon interview, not negotiable)
