- Serve as the initial point of contact for technical assistance concerning manufactured products, providing expert support to customers and distributors.

- Analyze customer use cases for products, recommend tailored solutions, and offer guidance based on in-depth product and application knowledge.

- Respond to technical inquiries, collaborating with internal teams for comprehensive solutions when required.

- Manage and process customer requests for formal price quotations, lead times, order placements, changes, and cancellations.

- Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

- Expedite and trace shipments by coordinating with production, sales, shipping, and logistics partners, proactively following up on outstanding inquiries.

- Provide price and delivery quotations for standard products and refer customers to designated distributors as appropriate.

- Support the Vice Presidents of Engineering and Sales/Marketing through collaborative initiatives and feedback.

- As needed, fulfill duties similar to a Customer Service Representative to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
