Our client, a leading organization in the autonomous mobility sector, is seeking a PLM Applications Support Engineer to join their team. As a PLM Applications Support Engineer, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:PLM Applications Support Engineer

Location:Foster City, CA

Pay Range:$83/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

  • Install and configure 3DX services and applications on Linux environments.
  • Upgrade 3DExperience platforms, including major releases and FixPacks.
  • Automate database refreshes across multiple environments to ensure data consistency.
  • Configure reverse proxies and load balancers to optimize system performance.
  • Analyze and improve 3DSpace Indexing performance for better system efficiency.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer engineering, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of 3DExperience, CAD systems like CATIA V6, and Enovia applications.
  • 4+ years of experience with Enovia applications, system integrations, and Java development.
  • Experience with Windows Server Administration and SQL Server analysis.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to develop software integrations using Web Services, XML, and related tools.
