=> At least 4 years of experience in Production Support Skills 

Experience in Windows and UNIX/Linux , Oracle and PL/SQL, Autosys, Application Management Experience, ITIL, Experience in Agile/Scrum, Basic of Banking 

=> Good knowledge of ITIL processes

=> Should be able operate well under pressure in a growing environment 

=> Analytical skills 

=> Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Qualifications

--> Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
