ABOUT THE ROLE:
This individual will be responsible for scanning and logging all returned product, tracking for accuracy received in cart or pallet form in a safe manner. They will also be responsible for the daily tasks as it relates to the framework of operations, standard policies and procedures within their assigned department.
HOURLY PAY RATE: $17 - $18/HOUR

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Will handle the receipt of defective goods from vendor customers, labeling, cleaning, discontinuing, recalling product documenting and storing product accordingly
  • Must be able review and follow procedures as dictated by customer profiles
  • Must be able to maintain the integrity of all information as returned on a pallet/carton, as imputed and generated product through the RF system

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

  • Ability to operate a manual pallet jack
  • Ability to operate a Radio Frequency Unit (RF Gun)
  • Must be alert and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must achieve and maintain the established expectations of performance as directed by the Department Supervisor
  • Must be alert and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal skills to establish and maintain management/co-worker relationships
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must always work safely and professionally  
  • Must comply with all regulations such as OSHA, Department, etc.
  • Knowledge of all company policies and procedures, including safety
  • Ability to utilize Skechers customized programs, such as DOPS, Gar Pac, PKMS, 
  • Microsoft Word/Excel, etc.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ year(s) experience in warehousing/Returns or equivalent
