We are seeking a Legal Application Advisor who doesn’t just use technology, but leverages it to work smarter. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in legal tech, case management systems, and firm operations, you are exactly who we would love to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal Tech Operations: Manage, optimize, and train staff on case management and document management systems.
  • AI Integration: Oversee the implementation of practical AI tools (Claude) to streamline drafting, contract analysis, and routine administrative workflows.
  • Department Training: Meet and understand each practice area and their technology needs. Leverage existing applications to implement productivity gains, adjust process, and demonstrate efficiencies through these systems
  • Project Management: Work with the current IT team to identify areas of productivity improvement by focusing on issues that can be resolved with training and or process changes.
  • Data Security & Compliance: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive records and enforce data governance protocols across the firm.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in legal application operation and staff training.
  • Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Centerbase, NetDocuments, Billiables.AI, Claude Enterprise, Litera, Disco EDiscovery, and modern Cloud/AI tools.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly master new administrative technologies and software.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
