Overview:
Premier Wealth Advisors, Inc. is a boutique private wealth management firm near Los Angeles, CA with an office in Woodland Hills, CA and another location opening near Westlake Village/Agoura Hills, CA. We are seeking a motivated and driven Associate Advisor to join our growing team!
This Associate Advisor will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with company leads from seminars and workshops, as well as existing clients. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who enjoys building relationships and knows how to follow through with sales opportunities while providing superior client service; always putting clients first.
What you’ll do:
  • Make active outbound calls to set appointments with prospects and existing clients
  • Prepare, present, and implement customized financial plans
  • Provide financial planning advice to include investment, insurance, and retirement
  • Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships
  • Attend and conduct seminars and workshops to educate current and prospective clients
  • Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Assist main advisor with meeting individual and team goals
What We’re Looking For:
  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years Financial experience required
  • 1-2 years working alongside a Financial Advisor or Banking industry preferred
  • Series 65, insurance license required or willing to obtain within 3 months of employment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Willingness to speak publicly and lead seminars and workshops
  • Skilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidance
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
  • Demonstrates strong integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct, especially when handling confidential client information and financial matters

  • Starting base salary ranges from $60k - $70k, commensurate with experience. Additional bonuses and commissions are available, based on performance and business results.
