Apartment Maintenance for Local Apartment Community
Location: Knoxville, TN
Salary: $18 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Description: Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking for an opportunity to work in a local apartment community? We have a position that might be a perfect fit for you! As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for preparing apartments for new residents, which includes a variety of tasks such as HVAC maintenance, plumbing work, painting, wall repair, carpet maintenance, and flooring scheduling for cleaning or replacement. You may also be called upon to assist with other maintenance-related tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

Apartment Turnover: Prepare apartments for new residents by ensuring they are in excellent condition and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
HVAC Maintenance: Maintain, repair, and install HVAC systems, and experience in this area is a plus.
Plumbing: Perform plumbing tasks as necessary, and prior experience in plumbing is also a plus.
Painting and Wall Repair: Handle painting and wall repair tasks to maintain the aesthetics of the apartments.
Carpet and Flooring: Schedule and manage cleaning or replacement of carpets and flooring as needed.
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other team members to complete tasks efficiently.

Requirements:
