Job description

Are you a Leasing professional in the apartment industry, who happens to be looking for advancement/growth opportunity, along with a competitive salary and benefits package working with one of the nation's most reputable management companies? Look no further than Hayman Company, a leading privately-held Management Company, who believes our most valuable asset is our people.

We are seeking a Dynamic Super Sales Star to lease apartments at our community in Kansas City, MO., Northland Passage Apartments. We currently have a full-time position available. If you have a passion for customer service, can-do attitude and a desire for growth, we are looking for you!

Weekend work required.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting existing and potential residents
  • Showing and renting apartments
  • Qualifying applicants
  • Follow-up with potential residents
  • Preparation of lease packages and lease renewals
  • Handling resident issues
  • General clerical duties
  • Social Media Management
  • Great Customer Service
  • Yardi amp; Yieldstar experience preferred
  • Commissions on Move ins and Renewals
