This is a great opportunity for someone who has been a Groundskeeper, has picked up light maintenance skills, and is ready to move up into a full Maintenance Technician role. or has had 1-2 years of experience as an Apartment Maintenance Technician.

Join a stable, professional team maintaining a well-kept apartment community with predictable hours and excellent housing perks.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform routine and intermediate repairs, including:
    • Light plumbing (unclogging drains, replacing faucets/shower heads, changing p-traps, fixing minor leaks)
    • Basic electrical (replacing switches/outlets, light fixtures, troubleshooting simple issues)
    • Drywall repairs (patching holes, sanding, touch-ups)
    • Interior painting (walls, trim, move-out touch-up, and full repaints)
    • Appliance checks and minor repairs
  • Complete resident work orders and prepare units for move-in
  • Assist with preventative maintenance and upkeep of building systems
  • Help maintain clean, safe common areas and grounds
  • Follow safety procedures and keep simple maintenance records
  • Training provided for the right candidate to grow your skills

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years experience in apartment maintenance or related role
