Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician

Location: Medway, OH

Hours: 16-24 hours per week, with possible on-call duties as needed.

Job Overview:

Homeland Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform upkeep tasks and ensure the functionality of an apartment complex in Medway, OH. This role offers a flexible schedule, paid holidays, and vacation benefits (eligibility and grace periods apply).

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning duties (e.g., dusting, mopping).
  • Conduct minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, blinds, filling wall gaps, and touch-up painting.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment (e.g., ventilation, piping, electrical systems).
  • Check control panels and ensure the functionality of safety systems (e.g., fire alarms).
  • Collaborate with coworkers and external professionals during renovations.
  • Report issues to the Facilities Manager.
