Job description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of our apartment complex. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service to our residents by promptly addressing maintenance requests and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of apartments and common areas to identify maintenance and repair needs.
- Respond to maintenance requests from residents and property management promptly and effectively.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and HVAC repairs.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of all equipment and appliances in the apartments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities to prolong the lifespan of equipment and prevent major issues.
Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in residential maintenance or as a handyman required
