Job description

We currently have an opportunity for a Part Time Leasing Professional at our Flint area apartment community. The Leasing professional is the face of our company and property, often the first point of contact for prospective residents. This position allows you to build relationships with prospective residents and show them why they should select our property as their home. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales and to provide a positive customer experience. We will pay up to $22/hr. PLUS commission.

Applicants are required to work weekends.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting existing and potential residents
  • Showing and renting apartments
  • Qualifying applicants
  • Follow-up with potential residents
  • Preparation of lease packages and lease renewals
  • Handling resident issues
  • General clerical duties
  • Social Media Management
