We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a well-established apartment complex. This position involves performing a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Basic repairs and turnovers, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work.
Ensuring the grounds are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Assisting with janitorial tasks, including cleaning vacant apartments.
Qualifications:
