With a structured, hands-on training program and ongoing professional development, you’ll gain the skills, confidence, and support needed to advance—surrounded by a team that’s invested in your long-term success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Some experience in maintenance or a related field (residential experience is a plus, but not required)

  • Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing apartments for new residents
  • A reliable, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take initiative
  • Positive communication skills and the ability to work well with residents and team members
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to providing great service
  • Interest in growing your skills and taking on new challenges over time

If you don’t feel like you meet every requirement, we still strongly encourage you to apply. We value attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn just as much as experience, and we’re committed to training the right person who’s ready to show up, work hard, and grow with us.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Complete daily maintenance tasks while upholding high standards for quality and safety
  • Prepare apartments for new residents, including painting and required repairs
  • Respond promptly to resident service requests and ensure a positive service experience
  • Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and condition of the community
  • Participate in an on-call rotation with other team members

  • 401(k) with up to 5% company match
  • Medical Insurance - 100% employer paid premium option available
  • Dental Insurance options available
  • Vision Insurance options available
  • Life & Disability Insurance
  • HSA/FSA options (tax savings opportunities)
  • 40 hours of Paid Time Off
  • 10 Holidays (including your Birthday!), and up to 3 weeks’ Vacation Time
  • Performance bonuses
    • $100 weekly on-call incentive
    • $30 Daily snow removal Bonus

Schedule:

Full-time | Monday–Friday 8:00-4:30 | On-call rotation and occasional weekends

Experience:

  • Previous hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field is preferred—but not required
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic hand tools
  • Candidates with a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn will be strongly considered
  • Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply if they are motivated to build a career in maintenance
