W are seeking a dependable and motivated Turnover Technician to join the team at Autumn Creek Apartments in East Amherst.

By responding to service requests, completing repairs, and preparing apartments for new residents— you will play a key part in the overall quality of the property.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Some experience in maintenance or a related field (residential experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Basic knowledge of general repairs such as painting, light plumbing, electrical, or carpentry—or a willingness to learn

  • A reliable, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take initiative
  • Positive communication skills and the ability to work well with residents and team members
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to providing great service

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Complete daily maintenance tasks while upholding high standards for quality and safety
  • Prepare apartments for new residents, including painting and required repairs
  • Respond promptly to resident service requests and ensure a positive service experience
  • Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and condition of the community
  • Participate in an on-call rotation with other team members

Schedule:
