DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Hotel Turn Tech to join our client's team. As a family-owned staffing company, we pride ourselves on connecting talented individuals with reputable organizations. The Hotel Turn Tech will play a vital role in preparing guest rooms and common areas for new arrivals by performing necessary repairs, maintenance, and cleaning tasks.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and common areas to identify any necessary repairs or maintenance issues.
  • Perform repairs including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance servicing as needed.
  • Ensure that all rooms are cleaned and stocked with the necessary supplies for new guests.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping staff to prioritize and complete necessary turnover tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work and communicate effectively with management regarding issues that require further attention.
  • Follow safety and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
