Job Summary

Flagstar's Client Insights & Analytics Team leverages cutting-edge analytics and modern data platforms to unlock actionable insights to make smarter decisions that balance business outcomes with customer needs. We're seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Analytics Lead to join our Client Insights & Analytics Team at Flagstar. In this role, you'll independently drive analysis, reporting, and data visualization that power smarter marketing decisions. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, guide performance optimization, and help shape marketing strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and deliver high-impact analyses, dashboards, and reports to track marketing performance, campaign ROI, funnel metrics, and customer behavior.
  • Build intuitive, self-serve visualizations using tools like Power BI to support marketers in tracking their KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain scalable data models, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
  • Serve as a trusted analytics advisor to marketing leaders and channel owners, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns and programs.
  • Contribute to the development of measurement frameworks, attribution models, and marketing mix optimization.
  • Lead/participate in cross-functional collaboration with data engineering, digital, and product teams to ensure analytics solutions are scalable and aligned with business needs.

ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications:

  • Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent).
  • Minimum experience required: 7+ Years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, data visualization, or related roles.
  • Hands on experience in modern data architecture and data modeling.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data transformation tools.
  • Strong programming experience in SQL, Python or R.
  • Proven experience with one of the BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and manage projects independently.
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels, digital metrics, and campaign performance measurement.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or other clickstream data collection tools.

  • Advanced technical and analytical skills.
  • Strong strategical planning skills.
