Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $77,000.00

This includes manufacturing of Audio/Video Controls, Switch Controls, Electronic Controls, RF Controls, Interior and Exterior 12V Lighting, Wiper Systems and Components, 12V Accessories and Molded Convenience items. We have incorporated our state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities to produce a high efficiency and controlled manufacturing environment that allows us to produce world class electrical components and circuit board assemblies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Warranty Management: Oversee and process warranty claims, ensuring timely resolutions while adhering to company policies.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer warranty issues, ensuring a positive customer experience including site visits for troubleshooting.
  • Repair & Service Coordination: Manage product repairs and service requests, working closely with the production and quality teams to address recurring issues.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support the service and warranty team, ensuring efficient workflows and professional development.
  • Process Improvement: Identify trends in product issues, analyze root causes, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate service records, track warranty trends, and provide reports to leadership on warranty claims, repair rates, and customer feedback.
  • Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure all warranty and service operations align with industry standards and company policies.
  • Customer Training and Service Schools: Travel to OEMโ€™s and Dealers to perform technical training to technicians.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics preferred, A.S. in Electronics required.
  • 3+ years of experience in warranty management, customer service, or a related role in the electronics or manufacturing industry preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Understanding of electronics manufacturing, product diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
  • Interpret schematic and technical documents
  • Troubleshoot PCBA down to component level
  • Experience with warranty management systems and CRM tools.
Soft Skills
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and customer support teams.
