Job description

American Technology Products, Inc. is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to support the daily operations of our growing enterprise IT hardware business. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our office runs efficiently while providing administrative support to management, coordinating office operations, assisting customers, and helping our team deliver outstanding service. If you enjoy organizing, solving problems, working with people, and keeping a busy office running smoothly, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Manager and office staff.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare quotations, reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain office records and filing systems.
  • Assist with customer orders, warranty claims, and returns.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving with UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
  • Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships.
  • Assist with inventory and purchasing activities.
  • Support bookkeeping and administrative projects.
  • Help improve office procedures and business processes.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative or office management experience.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
