Job Description
  • Deliver high-quality technical support for Avaya communication systems and products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Avaya platforms, including IP Office and Aura
  • Analyze and diagnose network-related problems affecting Avaya systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and system upgrades
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and technical configurations
  • Provide clear and concise communication to clients regarding issue resolution and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Avaya technologies and industry trends
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage
  • Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Avaya systems support
  • Strong knowledge of Avaya communication systems and products, including IP Office and Aura platforms
  • Proficiency in network protocols such as TCP/IP and SIP
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Avaya certifications (e.g., ACSS, ACIS, or APSS) preferred
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications and unified communications
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with technical documentation and report writing
