Responsibilities:
• Learn the company culture, products, and operational procedures.
• Support customers in your assigned territory.
• Defend and grow existing accounts and gain new accounts in the territory.
• Answer incoming calls to support to customer requests.
• Process customer orders to ensure timely shipment.
• Follow up the sales leads via phone, emails, and social media engagement to convert leads into sales.
• Outbound and cold calls to expand sales.
• Support dental sales in trade shows and other live events. Travel expectations are generally below 10%.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer account management.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• High school diploma minimum, college degree is preferred.
• Experience in dental, medical, or veterinary is preferred.
• At least 1 year of healthcare, customer care, or sales experience.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a positive team member.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Job is in onsite at our office location in West Jordan, UT.
• Experience with MS Office, CRM, and ecommerce are preferred.
• Customer centric focus and problem solving abilities.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm/8:00 am to 4:30 pm/9am to 5:30pm shifts depending on territory coverage for different time zone

• Base hourly pay depending on experience
• Monthly sales commissions. No cap on commissions: the more you sell, the more you earn.
