Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Technical Sales Specialist position for our client.

Location: Raleigh, NC

Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct detailed presentations and demonstrations of products and solutions to end-user customers, channel partners, and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of the PC industry, including applications, deployment, security, and connectivity best practices to effectively solution sell.
  • Trusted Advisor: Serve as the trusted advisor for North America technology and solutions, collaborating closely with Technical and Field Sales and 4P teams.
  • Sales Support: Engage with sales teams to support customer pursuits and opportunity identification for products and recommended solutions.
  • Solution Identification: Work with the Services team to identify solutions that accelerate the adoption of technology.
  • AMD Collaboration: Support Field Sales and Field Application Engineers on solutions, customer engagements, and RFPs.
  • Training and Development: Provide training on new solutions to All Sellers, Sit with Inside Sales B6 and lead technical training for Technical Client Advisors.
  • Workshops and Assessments: Identify and lead industry vertical solutions technical workshops and perform customer application rationalization workshops/assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical background in PC industry applications, deployment, security, and connectivity.
  • Proven experience in technical sales or client specialist roles.
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and technical staff.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience with Snapdragon technology and Lenovo products is highly desirable.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
