The Person:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead GC component channel sales team in Huabei on daily operation to deliver the agreed quarterly and annually revenue, Sell through, sell out and market share targets;

2. Retail customers/market development and management through Ryzen Stores program

3. Industry customers/market development and management including i-café, SMB etc

4. Engage, communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders to gain their alignment and supports to implement the defined sales strategies.

5. Cooperate with Channel Marketing team to develop Tier 4 to 6 cities customers in territory.

6. Drive the business innovation to catch up new growth opportunities in territory.

7. Operationalize outstanding forecast and pipeline management in weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual base and executive level reporting on overall program and market impact.

8.Drive strategic portfolio and go-to-market planning to capitalize on market opportunities while growing premium business across the stack - plans grounded by data. Work with marcom team to roll the plans out in the region and build alliances with eco-system partners.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

1. College graduate, at least 5-year management experience in channel distribution business, 10-year sales experience in IT industry, experiences from semiconductor industry or selective IT companies are preferred;

2. Strong business sense and good communication/influencing skills with both internal and external customers and stakeholders;

3. Collaborative management style and is capable of working in a highly-matrix organization;

4. Customer oriented, passionate to win, highly-committed and self-disciplined

5. Chinese native speaker with working-level English proficiency
