Job description

As a member of the OpsTech Solutions application development team for ServiceNow, you will be at the forefront of IT service delivery, collaborating across OpsTech Solutions infrastructure and services teams, mainly focusing on ITSM, HAM modules and system integrations. You will be surrounded by people who are passionate about optimizing IT services and believes that world-class service is critical to customer success. You will work across all internal teams to drive tooling and process improvements to ensure a high quality, fast resolution customer experience. Your mission is to develop a world-class customer experience and set new customer service standards in IT Delivery.
OpsTech Solutions is looking for experienced and dedicated team members to help manage the administration, maintenance, and development of the ServiceNow platform for the organization. The ideal candidate is innovative and has great problem-solving skills. You must be very comfortable working on core application administration, creating workflows, data management, scripting and process automation. You will need to work with non-technical and technical teams to translate business cases to scalable solutions for multiple teams. In addition, you'll need to be able to clearly and effectively communicate to larger non-technical audiences on system changes and enhancements. You will be working in a hyper-growth environment where priorities shift quickly. You must be flexible and adapt well to a wide range of tasks and technologies.
Key job responsibilities
Perform technical administration and maintenance of ServiceNow IT Business Management.
Partner with cross functional teams to build enhancements and integrations that scale.
Create ServiceNow workflows and business rules for service improvements.
Interface with ServiceNow for all operational requests / issues / planning.
Lead ServiceNow release upgrades including technical and stakeholder management activities.
Work closely with Software Development Engineers to coordinate system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
Provide user training related to ServiceNow processes, policies and procedures.
Mentor team members on project planning, design, and estimating activities in ServiceNow IT Business Management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field
- Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other ServiceNow certification is required.
- 3+ years of direct experience with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator, developer and/or comparable role.
- 5+ years direct experience working with customers to understand requirements and implementing information technology solutions / initiatives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with a good understanding of HR business processes
- Experience implementing at least two full life cycle SFDC implementations successfully
- Experience in a test-driven and formal QA development environment, including development, staging, production (or equivalent) deployment cycles
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment
- Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
- 6+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- Experience with REST web services, XML, JSON, or experience in software development
- - Experience and certification on ITSM and HAM modules
- - Experience working on ServiceNow platform maintenance and optimization activities, such as release management and page load time latency improvement.
- - 6+ years of experience with Agile scrum/Kanban methodology.
- - Experience with JavaScript is strongly preferred.
- - ITIL Foundation certified or related experience preferred.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
