Role Your new workday:

As a Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (m/f/x), you advise our clients on analyzing, optimizing, and digitalizing their service processes. With your deep process knowledge, industry expertise, and best practices, you design scalable and user‑centered solutions in close collaboration with project management and other cloud streams. In complex transformation projects, you take professional ownership of the service area and guide our clients through change.

Tasks How you help us make digital transformation tangible:
  • Conduct requirements analysis in the customer service environment
  • Analyze and redesign service processes based on best practices
  • Take functional ownership of the service stream in multi‑cloud projects
  • Advise clients on the optimal use of Salesforce Service Cloud features (e.g. Case Management, Omni‑Channel, Flows, Knowledge Management, CTI, Digital Engagement, Agent Workspace, Einstein Bots)
  • Collaborate closely with project management, development, and other departments
  • Contribute to the further development of our service portfolio and coach junior team members
What you should bring with you:
  • Several years of experience in consulting and implementing Salesforce solutions, particularly with the Service Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of customer service and related business processes
  • Experience in leading the service area within larger Salesforce projects
  • Ability to accurately capture customer requirements and translate them into sustainable solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, consulting competence, and customer orientation
  • Ideally, Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant, Administrator, or Platform App Builder
