The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Alcohol Compliance Supervisors to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Compliance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of operation are compliant with state, federal, and local alcohol laws, along with company and location-specific alcohol procedures.

What will you do?
  • Supervise team members serving alcohol and ensure compliance with the alcohol service policy
  • Observe and document any alcohol-related issues
  • Answer questions and make recommendations regarding alcohol service
  • Ensure all team members serving alcohol have signed an acknowledgment of the alcohol policy and have a valid serving permit prior to the beginning of work
  • Assist with alcohol cut-off

More about you
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid, unexpired alcohol pourer's permit required prior to being hired
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to provide feedback and coaching to team members with varied experience levels
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • No college degree required

Physical requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and downstairs and lifting as the work duties demand
  • May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season
