Round Table Pizza Restaurant Manager

Salarty range $19.00 - $22.00

We are currently looking for dedicated, dynamic and results driven Managers for our location in the Clovis area.. The right candidates have a wealth of experience, a proven track record of success and are eager to recruit and develop amazing talent. We are looking for career, oriented team members and it all starts with our amazing management staff!

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Oversee all restaurant operations including excellent food quality, guest service, staff friendliness, and restaurant cleanliness.

  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety and ensure employees adhere to uniform standards.

  • Ensure uncompromising approach to safe practices.

  • Create an environment where open and honest communication is welcomed.

  • Communicate with management on all issues, concerns or recommendations.

  • Organize marketing activities within the community, such as promoting group events

  • Analyze restaurant sales levels and profitability; work with management to set budgets

  • Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control, sales, and stock levels.
