We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with expertise in AHCA Healthcare projects to join a Top ENR- Rated General Contractor in the industry. The role is based in Tampa, FL and involves overseeing construction projects from inception to completion while ensuring compliance with AHCA regulations. Client Details This opportunity is with a well-established, national organization in the property industry. The company is known for delivering high-quality construction projects and prides itself on maintaining a strong reputation within the sector. Description Manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Oversee and enforce compliance with AHCA Healthcare regulations and standards. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients as required. Ensure safety standards are upheld on all project sites. Foster effective communication among all project participants.
