Job description

Administrative Assistant

AHCA/NCAL is seeking an Administrative Assistant to improve lives by delivering solutions for quality care. This role will provide administrative support across multiple departments of the Association.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree considered in lieu of experience. Outstanding computer skills, including mastery of standard Microsoft Office products. One to three years of office experience required.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including seeking agenda items, preparing, and distributing agenda and materials and taking meeting notes.
  • Attend other staff/member meetings upon request and prepare and disseminate agenda and/or minutes to attendees.
  • Prepare expense reports, track receipts and process credit card statements using Association's accounting system.
  • Monitor customer service email inbox(es) and respond or distribute to other staff for response.
  • Minimal travel required to attend meetings and conferences where needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
