Job Overview
This Nursing Faculty role focuses on clinical and lab instruction for Med-Surg nursing education within a practical nursing program. Responsibilities include teaching students in off-site clinical settings, delivering hands-on skills instruction, creating positive and engaging learning environments, and ensuring full alignment with nursing curriculum standards. The position requires planning and coordinating student clinical experiences, supervising and orienting learners to clinical policies and procedures, evaluating student performance, and providing timely feedback to support academic success.
