What you'll be doing...
As the Associate Director of Loyalty Product for Verizon Dollars, you will serve as the strategic lead for one of Verizon's flagship loyalty initiatives. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing complex partner integrations, and driving technical excellence to enhance the customer value proposition and loyalty ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Lead end-to-end product strategy for Verizon Dollars. Architect the product development lifecycle (PDLC), including defining ways of working and implementation models. Build and manage the product backlog to ensure scalable delivery.
  • Partner Integration & Ecosystem: Spearhead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners to integrate new solutions into the Verizon Dollars ecosystem.
  • Technical Optimization & Execution: conceptualize and execute technical roadmap initiatives, iterating on existing experiences based on rigorous testing, constant measurement, and data-driven insights. Manage daily launch status and cross-team updates.
  • Growth & KPI Ownership: Build strategic frameworks to leverage loyalty program assets to drive key business outcomes, including revenue acceleration, churn reduction, and improvement of customer LTV. Drive program expansion into new verticals (e.g., Fios) and identify new currency use cases.
  • Leadership & Financial Oversight: Coach and grow a team of individual contributors. Maintain rigorous oversight of the Verizon Dollars budget.

You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from strategy and requirement documentation to execution and post-launch optimization.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on rigorous documentation, clear requirement setting, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable data and strategic narratives.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
  • Robust experience in product management, specifically within loyalty, fintech, or digital subscription ecosystems.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • MBA or Masters Degree
  • Digital Experience of trends and key business drivers
  • Experience presenting findings and insights to a targeted audience (up to the executive level)

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $146,000.00 - $255,000.00.
