Full Time | $43-$50/hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director of Rehab to join our team at Champion City Nursing & Rehabilitation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to our residents. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients, their families, and our dedicated staff.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of rehabilitation professionals, including occupational, physical, and speech therapists
• Develop, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation programs to meet the unique needs of our residents
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes
• Conduct staff training and education programs to enhance knowledge and skills
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and physicians to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Must have active PA Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist License
