Job description

USTCi - Proud Verizon Partner for 25+ Years
Uncapped earning potential!
USTCi has been one of Verizon's most trusted partners for over two decades, and we're growing. We're looking for driven sales professionals who want to be out in the field, building real relationships, and getting rewarded generously for every win.
This role is for you if you want a job where your hustle pays off and where nobody's capping your commission because "that's not how retail works." You want ownership over your day and your income. Every conversation you have and every sale you close is one you've gone out and created yourself!
What you'll do
As a USTCi Field Sales Representative, you'll bring top-tier Verizon 5G services directly to customers.
You'll set up table events in apartment lobbies and go door-to-door in your assigned territory, sparking conversations with residents and guiding them toward the Verizon 5G Wireless and Home Internet solutions that fit their lives. You'll close deals, hit your targets, and build momentum every single week.
What you bring
  • Proven experience in technical sales environments (wireless, internet, cable or similar) or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with inside/outside sales strategies including cold calling, lead generation, and direct client communication.
  • Natural ability to connect with strangers and earn their trust quickly.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development - you don't need someone looking over your shoulder.
  • Competitive, coachable, and comfortable with a commission-driven pace.
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for daily travel within your territory.

What you walk away with
  • $50,000 - $60,000 first-year earnings - weekly base salary plus uncapped commission, so your earning potential is in your hands
  • Paid training - we invest in your product knowledge and sales skills from day one
  • Generous benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision insurance and 401(k) plan
  • Real growth - as a national Verizon partner, we promote from within and reward top performers

Ready to build something? Apply now - we want to get you started on your new career.
