The Opportunity:
Are you looking for an opportunity to support post-award Department of Defense (DoD) contracts? Are you adept at DoD acquisitions and contract strategy? As a Program Manager, you'll work closely with our DoD clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of capability to meet mission objectives and ensuring our clients' mission is our mission. We're looking for someone like you to lead a team of experts and be a liaison to the government client.
This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on critical Space Force programs. You'll help the DoD manage Agile software pathway programs and manage technical projects, including performance, cost, schedule, and risk. You'll orchestrate the development, coordination, and closure of acquisition and contract documentation in accordance with established timelines and quality standards. From building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining consensus, you'll lead meaningful acquisition support. You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience with DoD acquisition planning, contract management, and business operations
  • 5+ years of experience implementing Agile frameworks and methodologies
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile program increment planning, sprint planning, and sprint reviews
  • 5+ years of experience with project management and leadership
  • Experience with Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work with internal and external clients, including cross-functional team meetings and professional environments
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Adaptive Acquisition Framework, including Middle Tier and Software Acquisition Pathways
  • Experience with award fee and incentive fee contract activities
  • Experience working with DoD space, SATCOM, or satellite ground systems
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent teaming and leadership skills
  • Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
