Job Summary:
ECS is a federal segment of Everforth, a global organization delivering advanced technology solutions. They are seeking an Agile Program Manager to lead Agile projects, facilitate ceremonies, and mentor teams in Agile practices while improving program management methodologies.
Responsibilities:
• facilitate Agile ceremonies
• foster collaboration among cross-functional teams
• drive continuous improvement initiatives
• mentor team members in Agile practices
• implement Agile program management methodologies across all task areas to improve delivery speed, quality, flexibility, and responsiveness to the Warfighter, and Partner Nation needs
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active Secret Clearance
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project management
• Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
• Proven experience leading at least 3 Agile projects from inception to deliverables completion.
• Experience in managing projects that involve cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in projects that required rapid iteration and feedback loops, such as software development or product management.
• Familiarity with Agile transformations within organizations, showcasing the ability to implement Agile practices at scale.
Preferred:
• Experience supporting Agile transformation initiatives within DoD or large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Agile Program Management practices and coordination with higher-level Agile leadership roles.
• Experience working in or supporting government or defense programs with complex, multi-stakeholder structures.
