Summary:
  • Responsible for the management, coordination, and completion of projects.
  • Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project.
  • Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.
  • Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Required:
  • 5-8+ years Program/Portfolio management background (comfortable with cross-functional complexity)
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and risk management skills
  • Understands data and performance measurement concepts (doesn't need to be a data engineer, but must speak the language and understand data engineering and analytics lifecycles)
  • Strong Agile experience (scrum-of-scrums, dependency management, incremental planning)
  • Strong communicator - someone who can drive accountability without hierarchy
  • Tech fluent - comfortable working in Jira, Airtable, Power BI, and Snowflake dashboards
  • Ideally operates one step ahead, anticipating collisions and surfacing decisions early
  • One or more of the following certifications or relevant experience:
    • SAFe Agilist (SA)/Program Consultant (SPC)
    • Advanced Scrum Master (A-CSM)
    • PMI-ACP.

The position sits at a hybrid level:
