Job description

We are seeking a Manager, Agile Program Management to lead end-to-end production operations and ensure efficient delivery, quality, and operational excellence across multiple teams. This role partners closely with Project Leads to optimize performance, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement while enabling successful program execution.
  • Pay Rate Range: $60-$65/HR ON W2

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee production operations to meet SLA, quality, productivity, and turnaround time targets.
  • Drive workforce and capacity planning to ensure optimal resource utilization and business continuity.
  • Monitor operational performance through KPIs and reporting, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage operational risks, dependencies, and escalations to minimize impact on client deliverables.
  • Lead process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Coach and develop Project Leads, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting succession planning.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience leading agile programs, operations, production, or delivery teams.
  • Strong workforce planning, resource management, and operational performance skills.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
