KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the execution of transformation plan to roll out Agile practices across the organization.
• Shifting from a command-and-control approach to one of support and empowerment.
• Document and standardize the Agile practices and processes to be followed by multiple teams, ensuring consistency while allowing for team-specific adaptations.
• Ensure that the work of individual Agile teams and programs directly contributes to the organization's overarching strategic goals and delivers maximum business value.
• Oversee the delivery of large, complex programs that consist of multiple, interconnected projects managed by different Agile teams.
• Lead and facilitate program-level ceremonies like scrum of scrums and team level ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retros.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the progress and success of the transformation.
• Utilize metrics to identify bottlenecks, measure the impact of changes, and continuously improve processes.
• Act as a change agent in driving organizational change by promoting a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and empowerment.
• Work to resolve organizational blockers that hinder Agile adoption or slow down teams' progress.
• Provide guidance and coaching to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams on Agile practices and frameworks.
Qualifications:
• Requires 10+ years of experience in project or program management, including several years of leading large-scale Agile transformations.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with various Agile methodologies and scaling frameworks, such as Scrum, Scrum at Scale and SAFe.
• Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and reporting on data to demonstrate progress and guide decision-making.
• Strong understanding of agile metrics and their appropriate application at both team and program levels.
• Experience using agile and project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and dashboarding tools to generate meaningful reports.
• A creative approach to solving problems, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience leading software related programs especially in AdTech is a plus
