Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Project Manager, Supply Chain and ERPwith our client located in Santa Clara, CA.
Job Description:
  • Join our dynamic team as an Agile Program Manager within the IT Digital Transformation Group (DTG) to play a key role in driving the SCM and O2C transformation.
  • Your leadership will drive project success, ensuring efficient delivery and fostering collaboration across teams.
  • We are looking for a strong leader, energetic self-starter, and strategic thinker passionate about agile program management with a specific focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) and ERP systems.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Efficiently manage ERP and Supply Chain project resources, optimizing utilization and ensuring maximum productivity within defined constraints.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality of deliverables, implementing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Navigate unforeseen challenges, adapt methodologies when necessary, and drive innovation within project execution.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, develop robust mitigation strategies, and make critical decisions to keep Supply Chain and ERP projects on course.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at various levels, including senior management and cross-functional teams, to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Agile Facilitation: Apply Agile principles and best practices as an experienced Scrum Master; run Agile ceremonies, sessions, and workshops to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Team Mentorship: Lead and empower project teams, delegating tasks and mentoring junior team members to enhance their performance.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Must have 10+ years of meaningful experience in program/project management with a proven track record in delivering complex, enterprise, or cross-functional projects.
  • Demonstrated experience leading end to end SCM transformation is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain Management (SCM) business processes and technical implementations.
  • Experience driving integration heavy enterprise programs involving multi vendors and 3rd party systems.
  • Must have demonstrable Agile experience.
  • Experienced Scrum Master managing multiple scrum teams applying Scrum principles and best practices.
  • Certifications: SAFe certified, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian and other project management tooling (JIRA, Confluence, JQL, Dashboards, Smartsheets) strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience working on complex projects touching various components across applications and stack layers.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail, follow-up, and follow-through.
  • Proven problem solver with strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with people at all levels.
  • Expertise with collaboration tools (G-Suite, Zoom, and Slack).
