Job description

Job Title : Program Manager
Location : Remote (if candidate wants to be onsite then locations are Minneapolis, Boston, San Jose)
Duration : 6 Months CTH

Need Candidate on W2
Required Qualifications
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Science or applicable field required; Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years technical professional or operational experience in medical device field required.
• 8+ years of PMO experience.
• Experience managing large scale projects focused specifically around reporting and analytics.
• Previous leadership experience across the network or the Management of large change programs, ideally technology or systems environment.
• Working knowledge global processes and systems.
• Understanding of SAP and it's various reporting and analytics capabilities
• Experience of managing complex, cross-functional programs and demonstrated capability in collaborating and influencing across such a program
• Previous experience of Agile or Scaled Agile methodology, design thinking, and lean rituals will be an advantage but not essential

• Courage to make decisions for the best interest of global BSC even if it means reasonable compromise for a local team
• Keeps the organization's vision and values at the forefront of decision making and action.
