What is the opportunity?

The Agile Program Director (Global Security) will lead complex, strategically important programs across Global Security. In this role, you will orchestrate end-to-end program execution that integrates security initiatives with Technology Infrastructure and Application Teams across all lines of business.

You will balance Agile delivery with rigorous regulatory oversight and governance requirements. This is a hands-on, collaborative leadership role suited for an experienced leader who thrives in high-visibility, high-complexity environments requiring rapid decision-making and executive-level communication.

What will you do?

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream security programs across business lines

  • Establish governance structures, escalation protocols, and risk management frameworks that accommodate both agile and regulatory requirements

  • Facilitate program planning, execution, and continuous improvement across cross- functional security, technology, and application development teams

  • Manage rapid turnaround of executive briefings and decision-support materials for C-suite and board visibility

  • Track and communicate program metrics, KPIs, and status with appropriate stakeholder cadence

  • Regulatory Compliance & Governance- Oversee compliance with RBC governance, regulatory, and security control requirements across program execution

  • Ensure timely completion and validation of regulatory artifacts and compliance documentation

  • Integrate regulatory mandates into program planning without compromising delivery velocity

  • Maintain program-level compliance documentation and adherence to enterprise frameworks

  • Execute performance management and establish clear accountability for delivery

  • Foster collaborative team environment with coaching and development support

  • Own program budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial tracking

  • Allocate resources effectively across program workstreams in partnership with business and technology leaders

  • Manage budget delegation of authority and financial controls per RBC policy

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • 7+ years of program leadership in complex environments, with experience managing enterprise-wide programs under regulatory and governance constraints

  • 7+ years of leading high-visibility initiatives with executive stakeholder engagement, and you excel at scaling delivery across multiple teams and disciplines

  • Your strength lies in balancing speed with rigor-delivering agile velocity while maintaining compliance, governance, and security integrity

  • Expert-level program management: planning, scheduling, risk management, financial tracking, governance

  • Highly skilled with both agile and traditional project frameworks

  • Background in technology program management, infrastructure delivery, or enterprise transformation

  • Demonstrated success managing high-visibility programs with executive and board engagement

  • Outstanding executive communication and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to rapidly synthesize complex information and communicate with senior executives under time pressure

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder influence across all organizational levels

  • Strategic thinking and capacity to manage ambiguity in high-pressure environments

  • Coaching and mentoring capability with ability to develop high-performing teams

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

Nice to have:
