About the Role
NearSource Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager, AI & Agentic Personalization to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives focused on delivering intelligent, AI-powered product experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, UX, and Platform teams to drive strategic programs from planning through execution. This position is ideal for a technical program leader with experience delivering AI-enabled products, coordinating complex technical initiatives, and driving innovation through scalable, responsible, and user-centric AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex AI-driven technical programs across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Drive initiatives focused on AI-powered personalization, intelligent recommendations, and agentic workflows.
  • Partner with Product Management, AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, Platform Engineering, and UX teams to deliver AI capabilities into production environments.
  • Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure the responsible, scalable, and high-quality delivery of AI-powered product capabilities.
  • Drive Agile program execution while maintaining alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Platform teams.
  • Facilitate program governance, executive reporting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure strong Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices throughout experimentation, iterative development, testing, and release cycles.
  • Manage program risks related to AI performance, reliability, trust, adoption, and user experience.
  • Drive clarity around requirements, prioritization, execution plans, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Coordinate the integration of shared AI capabilities, including recommendation engines, user models, and real-time intelligent systems.
  • Promote consistent adoption of AI and personalization capabilities across multiple product initiatives.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for executive stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence across program delivery.

Must-Have Skills

  • 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience delivering large-scale software or technology programs.
  • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional technical initiatives involving Product Management, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, and Platform teams.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience delivering AI-powered product capabilities, machine learning platforms, recommendation systems, or intelligent automation solutions.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing program roadmaps, dependencies, risks, governance, and executive reporting.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent programs within fast-paced technology environments.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused outcomes.
