Lead enterprise-scale identity transformation while enabling secure, compliant, and agile delivery across complex financial services environments.

The Role

Capco is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager / Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead the delivery of a large-scale SailPoint Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation within a SAFe Agile environment. This role combines strategic program leadership with Agile execution, ensuring successful delivery across multiple cross-functional teams while maintaining alignment with business objectives, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, technology teams, and business leaders to drive planning, governance, execution, and continuous improvement across the Agile Release Train (ART).

  • Facilitate key SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting while ensuring delivery against Program Increment objectives.
  • Remove delivery impediments, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and promote continuous improvement across Agile teams.
  • Ensure all solutions meet security, regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements while providing transparent reporting on delivery health and milestones.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformation programs within a SAFe Agile environment.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as both a Senior Project Manager and Release Train Engineer on enterprise delivery initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
  • Experience delivering Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs, ideally including SailPoint implementations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Bonus Points For
  • SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other Agile certifications.
  • Previous consulting experience within financial services.
  • Experience delivering complex security or identity transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of banking regulatory, audit, and compliance frameworks.
Why Join Capco
  • Deliver high-impact technology solutions for Tier 1 financial institutions.
  • Work in a collaborative, flat, and entrepreneurial consulting culture.
  • Access continuous learning, training, and industry certifications.
  • Be part of a team shaping the future of digital financial services.
  • Help shape the future of digital transformation across Financial Services and Energy.
Benefits
  • Comprehensive Benefits Coverage - 100% company-paid health, life, and disability insurance effective from Day 1 of employment.
  • Retirement Savings Program - Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) with the option of receiving a matching employer contribution.
  • Virtual Health Care and Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) available for employees and eligible dependents/partners.
  • Enhanced parental leave top-up, new parent gift, and wellness reimbursement to support your wellbeing.
