As an Agent, you'll oversee business growth, recruiting, team development, and customer success across auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. You'll work closely with district leadership to build a high-performing team and ensure operational excellence all while enjoying the flexibility to serve your clients through a broad range of insurance solutions.


The Opportunity

  • Earn new business sale bonuses up to 360% of new business sales in your first year, with quarterly and annual incentives that continue beyond.
  • Receive up to $500 per month in marketing assistance.
  • Sell personal lines insurance with the ability to broker business to carriers outside of Farmers Insurance for both commercial and personal lines
  • Participate in a 3-week virtual training program through the University of Farmers.
  • Gain hands-on mentorship from the District Office.
  • Get free training and licensing support for you and your team.
  • Qualify for performance-based trips and recognition programs.
  • Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $6,000 in signage assistance
  • Veterans may qualify for an additional $6,000 bonus.
