About the Role
Hometown Markets is hiring Afternoon Store Associates to support store operations during busy afternoon and evening hours. This role focuses on customer service, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
What You’ll Do
  • Greet and assist customers. 
  • Operate the register and handle transactions. 
  • Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise. 
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization. 
  • Assist with food and beverage areas as needed. 
  • Communicate issues to management as needed. 
What We’re Looking For
  • Reliable and dependable attendance. 
  • Strong customer service skills. 
  • Ability to remain active throughout the shift. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
