Your next role as a Miracle Maker 

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our IT team as an IT Support II. The IT Support II provides technical support for computer systems, hardware, software, and related technology services that enable daily business operations across the organization. This role responds to Service Desk requests, troubleshoots technical issues, configures and deploys end-user devices while delivering responsive customer service. The position applies technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve issues, maintain technology assets, and ensure reliable technology services.

How you will make an impact: 

  • Respond to Service Desk requests by prioritizing, troubleshooting, and resolving end user hardware, software, network and technology issues while escalating complex problems as appropriate.
  • Configure, deploy, and support end-user devices, including Windows and macOS computers, mobile devices, printers, peripherals and related equipment.
  • Maintain user accounts, system access and endpoint configurations using Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and related administration tools.
  • Support IT infrastructure activities, including workstation deployments, software installations, system updates and technology asset lifecycle management.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures supporting IT services.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to technical and non-technical users while delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance Service Desk efficiency, end-user support and IT operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 The skills and experience that you will bring: 

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, and experience. CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or related certifications preferred.
  • 3+ years of IT support, Service Desk, or technical support experience.
  • Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and common business applications.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Basic TCP/IP networking, endpoint management, and user account administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot end user hardware, software, operating systems and network connectivity.
  • Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience utilizing IT ticketing systems, knowledge management tools, and standard IT support practices.
  • Experience supporting biotechnology, laboratory, manufacturing, or other regulated business environments preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00. The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications, as well as the location of the role.
