We're growing fast and looking for a Chaska, MN based Operations Manager who's passionate about leading and developing people, optimizing processes, and creating a positive, high-performing equipment service centers.

What You'll Do

As an Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy equipment rental branch - ensuring exceptional customer service, safety, and team performance. You'll be the driving force behind our local success, leading by example and empowering your team to achieve operational excellence.
