Job description

Glass Doctor is looking for an Operations Manager who is committed to professional development and looking towards building a career. Glass Doctor has been offering professional glass services for home, business and auto in Western Washington since 1962. Here at Glass Doctor, we believe in taking care of our customers. We continually do whatever it takes to make sure our customers are happy and we know that that happy employees make happy customers.
As Operations Manager you will work closely with our field manager, dispatcher, customer service professionals and inside sales, while accomplishing targeted financial results.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Coach, train, and mentor team members to ensure they are consistently delivering high quality service
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked office and shop
  • Proactive customer relations, including mitigating damages and resolving customer concerns
  • Secure and maintain team member technology (i.e. company specific software, phone system and tablets)
  • Coordinating daily activities in order to deliver world class service in a productive and efficient manner.
  • Overseeing and working closely with customer service and dispatch to meet companies' sales and productivity goals.
  • Working with inside sales and managing key accounts relationships
  • Continually work to implement company systems to ensure quality, profitability, and future growth

Job Requirements:
  • At least 5 years supervisory or other relevant experience
  • Self-starter who can interact with the public and our employees
  • High level of comfort with computers and technology, able to learn and teach use of company Point of Sale software
  • Positive attitude and a desire to raise others to a higher level
  • Team player who can work independently
