Job Description

As a Director of Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing you will be responsible for the leadership and execution of Westgate's affiliate and partner marketing strategy to drive qualified vacation ownership leads, increase resort tour bookings, and generate incremental revenue. You will build, manage, and optimize a portfolio of affiliate partners and third-party marketing relationships that support the company's vacation ownership objectives. You will oversee affiliate marketing and partner with the Digital Marketing team on affiliate relationship opportunities and channels and ensure all partnerships are aligned with Westgate's brand, values, and business goals

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and lead the marketing partnerships that will produce leads that will result in vacation package bookings.
  • Manage day-to-day program operations, including partner onboarding, performance management, compliance monitoring, and contract negotiations.
  • Establish commission structures, incentive programs, and partnership terms to drive partner engagement and vacation package sales.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Digital Marketing, Brand & Creative, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure partnership strategies support organizational goals.
  • Analyze performance data and KPIs to optimize campaign results, improve lead quality, and maximize return on investment.
  • Develop marketing campaigns, promotional offers, and co-branded initiatives with partners.
  • Stay current on marketing trends, technologies, competitive landscape, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in affiliate marketing, digital partnerships, or business development within the hospitality, timeshare, or travel industry.
  • Proven success in building and managing affiliate programs with measurable revenue and lead generation impact.
  • Experience in contract negotiations, partnership management, and affiliate operations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in or supporting Timeshare Sales & Marketing and Call Center operations highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms, networks, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in ROI analysis and affiliate performance
  • optimization.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering qualified leads and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, partnerships, and priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with affiliate management systems, CRM platforms and analytics tools preferred.
