$80,000 Base Salary + Commission + Bonus

What You'll Do:
This is not a role where success means answering emails and waiting on business. You'll be expected to actively develop the Aerospace & Defense market for Advance CNC.
  • Identifying OEM's, Tier suppliers, and other A&D organizations that are a strong fit for our capabilities
  • Finding and developing relationships with the people who influence where machining work goes
  • Building multiple relationships within key accounts
  • Getting Advance CNC in front of new customers and creating opportunities to quote
  • Visiting customers and prospects throughout your territory
  • Understanding customer programs, pain points, sourcing challenges, and future opportunities
  • Following through relentlessly until there is a clear yes, no, or next step
