Job Description Summary
Actively manage the strategy development and daily work flow processes between marketing department, internal teams and external agencies to ensure goals are being met for timely delivery of all paid media advertising, signage and collateral materials. Provide creative and administrative support to internal and external partners as related to marketing objectives and ensure clear communication of ideas and timelines to meet those objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
  • Create and manage strategies for the development of approved promotions, events and operating projects which support company revenue goals through mass market advertising channels.
  • Work in collaboration with internal team and external agencies to establish timelines that ensure execution of deadlines for all brand marketing, collateral and advertising.
  • Oversee that the Advertising Accounts and Creative teams are accurate in communication regarding both timelines and creative direction for all projects.
  • Responsible for obtaining all legal clearance for advertising copy, trademarks etc.
  • Work with Digital Marketing team to maintain accuracy of the company websites for all properties and select Tribal entities in a timely fashion.
  • Collaborate with Social Marketing, Communications, Media and Community Relations, Sponsorships and Photo/Video Production teams to develop synergistic opportunities in support of marketing and advertising objectives.
  • Disseminate information regarding marketing promotions and events to internal teams and external agencies.
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to plan, budget, coordinate and execute all film and photo shoots and media requests.
  • Collaborate with the internal team in creative development and timely execution of signage and communication for all property operations.
  • Ensures all marketing signage is timely and in good condition; both printed and digital forms.
  • Ensures the proper usage of the company logo and ensure that the property positioning is accurate for all marketing activity.
  • Ensures that copy and language for all property media (Radio, TV,Outdoor, Print, Paid Digital) is accurate and correct.
  • Manages the specified advertising budget - prepares monthly variance reports.
  • Fosters a client-centric culture throughout the properties, internal teams and external agencies through strategic efforts and teamwork.
  • Provide excellent guest service.
  • Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS, ACCC and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Required Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four- year College or university preferred
  • 3 - 5 years of specialized experience in casino operations, marketing management or related field with at least 2 years of supervisory experience required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Experience of direct marketing, database utilization and tracking systems a plus

Working Conditions/Physical Demands
To perform this job successfully, the individual must me able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift. Also may be subjected to a smoke filled environment.
Typically the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
