We are looking for an Agency Lead to join Team Snapchat. You will build and manage partnerships with Snap's largest media agencies and help them expand their digital presence on Snapchat. Working from our New York or Los Angeles office, you will need extensive business development expertise, strong solution-selling, operational, and people skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.

What you'll do:

  • Define strategy and priorities to maximize the impact and value of Snapchat's advertiser solutions through agencies.

  • Own the financial performance of your agency portfolio and ensure annual and quarterly partnership targets are met.

  • Serve as the trusted primary point of contact, escalation point, and thought leader for your agencies.

  • Establish Snapchat as a leading brand-building and business-driving platform among agency decision-makers.

  • Develop and deliver scaled education and programming across agency disciplines, including media, digital, and strategic planning.

  • Conduct formal business reviews with agency leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Understand each agency's business and develop strategically appropriate solutions to meet its needs.

  • Deliver best-in-class service and partnership across agency leadership, investment, planning, social, and research teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth across new and existing customers.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to influence, communicate, and lead strategy cross-functionally.

  • Understanding of Snapchat's value proposition and ability to translate technical or complex ideas into plain language.

  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and securing the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in business development, sales, or marketing in a sales- or commission-based role, with a focus on partnering closely with advertising agencies.

  • Direct agency management experience at a comparable technology, media, or advertising company.

  • Track record of developing agency-wide growth strategies, scaled enablement programs, and joint business plans.

  • Experience leading complex partnerships across multiple agency disciplines, markets, and stakeholder groups.

  • Ability to translate advertising products, technology, research, and performance insights into compelling client solutions.

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $229,000-$343,000 annually.


Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $218,000-$326,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $195,000-$292,000 annually.This position is eligible to participate in a sales incentive program. This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
