Wonderful Agency is looking for a summer intern to join us for an exciting eight-week rotational internship program. This intern will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple departments-including Public Relations, Creative, and Data & Analytics. As an intern, you'll work on real client projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain exposure to the dynamic world of agency life.

This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday. This role will report directly to respective Managers within their specified departments.

Job Description
  • Rotate across several departments: Experience the inner workings of Public Relations, Media, Research & Insights, Creative, and Data & Analytics.
  • Participate in campaign development: Sit in on brainstorming sessions, creative briefings, and client presentations to see strategy turn into execution.
  • Support active projects: Assist with marketing deliverables including presentations, social media content, posters, email campaigns, reports, and more.
  • Collaborate with experts: Receive mentorship, feedback, and guidance from senior leaders and department managers-including the Chief Creative Officer.
  • Contribute creatively & logistically: Help develop big ideas while also providing the hands-on support needed to bring them to life.
  • Learn to measure what matters: Get exposure to tools and methodologies used to analyze campaign performance, understand KPIs, and translate data into insights.
  • Meet deadlines with impact: Deliver high-quality work under real deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
  • Working toward a BA in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or Advertising is highly preferred but not required.
  • Must have strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure of tight deadlines.
  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude and high standard for the quality of your work.
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high accountability for creative standards.
  • High attention to detail.
  • For interns seeking experience in a creative function only, basic proficiency in key programs like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus, but not required.

Pay Rate: $18.50-$20.00/ hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
